Torrent was started by exterior maintenance pros who got tired of seeing residential pressure washers show up to commercial jobs and damage the substrate. A 4,000 PSI gun on a heritage limestone facade is not "deep cleaning" — it is sandblasting. A homeowner-grade machine on a parking garage will spend three days doing what a commercial surface cleaner does in two hours. The two trades look identical from the outside and they are not.

We chose to be the commercial side. Torrent owns its equipment — hot-water pressure washers, surface cleaners, water-recovery systems, chemistry pumps. Our operators are trained on substrate identification before they touch a wand. Our project managers know the stormwater rules in every municipality we work in.

We work on facades, parking garages, loading docks, dumpster pads, drive-throughs, graffiti, gutters, exterior windows. Most of our clients run quarterly or seasonal recurring contracts.
