Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of surfaces do you work on?+

Concrete, brick, stucco, EIFS, painted steel, anodized aluminum, glass, asphalt, paver stones, vinyl siding, metal roofing, polycarbonate canopies. The chemistry and pressure change with the substrate.

Is pressure washing safe for older buildings?+

It depends entirely on the substrate and the operator. Soft washing (low pressure, chemistry-driven) is what most heritage facades actually need. We assess every building before we touch it. We do not power wash everything just because we own a power washer.

Can you remove graffiti?+

Yes — almost always. Spray paint, marker, etching ink and ghost shadows respond to different chemistries. We carry the full toolkit and tailor the approach to the surface so we do not damage the substrate.

What about runoff and stormwater compliance?+

In most municipalities, commercial pressure washing runoff cannot enter storm drains untreated. We use water recovery systems where required and route runoff to sanitary or holding tanks. This is part of every project quote.

Do you do parking garages?+

Yes — parking garages are one of our biggest service categories. We use surface cleaners and ride-on equipment for throughput, and we schedule around tenant access. Most decks are completed overnight or over a weekend.

Do you offer recurring maintenance?+

Yes. Most commercial properties benefit from quarterly or seasonal exterior maintenance — facades, dumpster pads, loading docks, drive-throughs. We design recurring contracts that match the climate and use of the property.

How fast can you respond to a one-off?+

For most projects in our service areas, within a week. Emergency response (graffiti, biohazard, vehicle fluid spill) is possible within 24 hours.
